Pay As You Go customers should scroll down the page to the PAYG section.

Subscribers 

Step 1.0

From within your training account click on 'My Certificates & Statements'

Step 2.0

Click on either 'Agilio Certificates' or 'External Certificates' and you will see all your certificates.

Step 3.0

Click the 'Download' button 

Step 4.0

Your certificate will download and be available to print or save.

Depending on your browser the download area will vary, for example;

Google Chrome

The downloaded certificate will appear in the bottom left hand corner as a PDF document.
