If you have been invited to join an iLearn practice account but do not already have a registered iLearn account of your own, follow the steps below.
Accept email invite
Your practice manager will have sent you an email invitation.
Click on the ‘Click here to sign-up and accept your invite’ highlighted link.
Confirm Invitation
On opening the link, click on the ‘Confirm’ button.
Register your new account
Clicking the ‘Confirm’ button will open the ‘Register a New Account’ page.
Enter the requested details and create a password.
Additionally, you can opt in to receiving Agilio communications by clicking the check box.
Finally, click the ‘Register account’ button.
Confirm your email
On clicking the ‘Register account’ button, you will need to confirm your email address.
Now check your inbox for the ‘Confirm your account’ email.
Click on the ‘Confirm email address’ link.
Confirm your email
On clicking the ‘Confirm email address’ link, you will be informed that your registration is now complete.
There are still several steps to go before you will have successfully joined the practice.
Click on the ‘Log in to iLearn Dental’ button.
Logging in to your iLearn account
Clicking on the ‘Log in iLearn Dental’ button, will open the ‘Set Your Security Q&A’ window.
We advise you to set a security question.
However, you may skip this stage and complete at a later date.
GDPR Information
Once you have set your security question and answer, click on the ‘Set Q&A’ button’.
You will then be taken to the GDPR information page. Once you have read through the information, click on the ‘I have read the above information about GDPR’ checkbox and then click on the ‘Accept and continue’ button.
Job Role Information
You will then be taken to the ‘Your Job Role’ page.
Enter the requestion information, relating to your role and the click on the ‘Save and continue’ button.
Accepting the practice invitation
Finally, to complete the process, you will need to click the ‘Accept’ button, in the button right hand corner.
On doing so, you will now have joined the practice.
