Yes, our courses fulfil the requirement of an IR(ME)R update.
The Agilio iLearn on-line courses for both ‘Dentists and Dental Radiographers’, and ‘Dental Nurses and other Dental Care Professionals’ provide the full 5 hours towards the GDC ‘highly recommended’ CPD minimum requirement in radiation protection and radiography.
The Dentists and Dental Radiographers courses would also be considered appropriate for any dental staff member who has been asked to/or currently acts as a Radiation Protection Supervisor in a dental practice.
They are both appropriate examples of the so-called IRMER course/update.
When taking our Radiography & Radiation Protection courses, please ensure that you select the correct course according to your job role, as we offer one group of courses for Dental Nurses & DCPs, and one group of courses for Dentists & Dental Radiographers.
