Once you are logged in, you will see your name. By clicking on it, you will see the drop-down menu, as seen below.
Clicking on the ‘View account ‘page, shall take you to the ‘iLearn My Account’ page, where you are presented with several options:
- Change password
- Change security question/answer
- Change correspondence preferences
- Manage permissions
How can I change my password?
Click on the first box, ‘Change Password’ and you will be taken to the ‘Change your password’ page.
Here you can simply change your password by:
- Entering your current password
- Entering your new password and confirming it
How can I change my security question/answer?
Click on the second box, ‘Change Security Question/Answer’ and you will be taken to the ‘Change your security Q&A’ page.
Here you can simply change your Q&A by:
- Entering your current password
- Entering your new security question
- Entering the new answer and confirming it
How can I change my correspondence preferences?
Click on the third box, ‘Change Correspondence Preferences’ and you will be taken to the ‘Manage your preferences’ page.
Here, as can be seen in the image below, you check/uncheck the check box to either receive/or not received any iLearn related correspondence.
How can I manage my account permissions?
Click on the final box, ‘Manage Permissions’ and you will be taken to the ‘Manage your preferences’ page.
Certain applications require you to give consent to access our applications. Currently this primarily affects those using ‘Appraisals’ and ‘TeamNet.’
This page, allows you, where applicable, to withdraw consent, therefore managing access to different clients.
