How to assign courses to a staff member?

Clicking on the ‘Assign Courses’ button shall navigate you to the ‘Assign Courses’ page.

Team members can be chosen by role – clicking on a role – will expand the check box, to show which users have that particular role.

Courses can be selected by category – clicking on a category – will expand the check box, to show all courses which sit within that category.

As with the original iLearn, the due date can be selected. The user(s) for whom the course(s) has/have been assigned, shall receive email notification, regarding the course. Additionally, the user shall receive periodic reminders if the course has a future due date.


The list of courses that you wish to be assigned can be searched, using the available search box.


Once a course(s) has/have been added, the due date(s) can be edited in the grid, as show below. The course can also be removed, by pressing the red ‘remove’ button, to the right of the ‘due date’ column.

The ‘save’ button is at the bottom of the page, on the left-hand side.
