How to Invite Users

Clicking on the ‘Invite Users’ button shall navigate you to the ‘Invite Users’ page

 

Information present at the top of the page:

  • Total subscriptions
  • Users
  • Outstanding invites
  • Subscriptions remaining

 

As with the original iLearn, you enter the following information, relating to the new user:

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Role (either member or manager)

 


At the bottom of the page, there is an additional text box, where you can add information, which shall be sent along with the invitation.

 

Multiple new users can be added at the same time, by pressing the ‘add’ button, you are able to add the relevant information for each of them.

 

If you had added a new user’s details but decide to remove the information, there is a ‘remove’ button.

 

At the bottom right-hand side of the page, is the ‘send invite(s)’ button, which you must press to complete the process.
