How to use the “My Dashboard” page

The ‘My Dashboard’ page on the new iLearn platform has a new, more intuitive layout.


It features five tabs, which will be discussed below.

 

In the top right-hand corner, there is a ‘View all courses’ button, to allow you to easily view all the current courses.

 

Action required tab

On clicking on the ‘Action required’ tab, you will be shown a list of courses, for which, action is required on the part of the user. You can see in the example below, that the ‘3D Implant planning’ courses, is only 25% complete and the due date was several months ago.

Also shown will be a list, if applicable of learning activity courses, that have not been completed by their due date.




Assigned to you tab

On clicking on the ‘Assigned to you’ tab, you will see a list of the assigned courses, the length of the course, the completion status, and the due date.


In progress tab

On clicking on the ‘In progress’ tab, you will see a list of your courses that are currently in progress.

Next to the course title, you can see the course length, the completion progress as well as the course category.



Bookmarked tab

On clicking on the ‘Bookmarked’ tab, you will see a list of the courses that you have previously bookmarked.

 

Next to the course title, you can see the length of the course as well as the course category.



PDP tab

On clicking on the ‘PDP’ tab, you will see a list of the courses associated with your PDP.

 

Next to the course title, you can see if it is an Agilio course (‘course’) or a course taken externally and the information uploaded in to iLearn platform (External training). Additionally you can see the course category and the course, to be taken, due date.
